Every body wants glowing skin but only few of us properly take care of our skin. Our skin needs more care then we thought. Normally we all focus on the external appearance of skin and totally ignore the inner health of it. Which is way more important then outer looks. We use tones of cosmetic products to look better and beautiful but we never get desired results. If you really want beautiful, glowing and younger looking skin then you need to work from inside the body. Diet plays an important role to get glowing face. Proper hydration is must. Exercise is compulsory on daily basis. Rest is also a key factor in beautiful skin care routine.

 

ROLE OF EXERCISE AND HYDRATION:

Hydration is the first point in daily skin care process. You will only achieve younger looking skin with natural glow when your body is completely hydrated. Drink 8 to 9 glasses of water daily to get properly hydrated. Water nourishes the inner layer of skin and other body organs.

Exercise is very important factor to get charming face because a proper blood flow or blood circulation is required to get nice beautiful face. A good blood circulation can supply all nutrients to skin through blood and also repair the skin cells. If the blood circulation in face is improper or less blood flows through the face then your skin doesn’t get the required diet and get dull and life less. So to improve the blood flow to your face you need to do some kind of light exercise on daily basis like running for 30 minutes, jogging, or just a long walk.

 

DIET PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE:

In our daily life our body passes through several conditions from normal to harsh to physically demanding. Which make us tired and tear our tissues to repair them we need fuel and important nutrients and minerals which we get from our daily diet. Whatever we eat that shows on our face. Eat green leafy vegetables , fruits and nuts to get all what your skin wants from you.

 

7 TO 8 HOURS OF GOOD SLEEP:

A good and uninterrupted sleep is another key factor in getting healthy skin. When we sleep our body does all the repair work silently. Scientists says that a 7 to 8 hour good sleep is must to get fresh looking skin. If we don’t get enough sleep then our face look tired all the day and concentration levels get low with low motivation and low blood pressure, low focus. All these conditions results in tired and lifeless skin with wrinkles and fine line on face and our skin looks aged.
