Remove blackheads from your nose in simple Steps
No one likes those black tiny spots on the nose and face. You cannot get rid of them by washing your face with regular soap or face wash.
They appear in the face when your skin produces excess natural oil and this happens due to unbalanced hormone and too hot or cold weather.
When the melanin oxidized it turn them into black color and we called them blackheads.
Today I will tell you the simple way to get rid of blackheads from the nose and face.
Use Special Face Cleanser: Ordinary face washes are not made for tackling blackheads. There are other kinds of face cleansers that have glycolic and salicylic acid in them to fight blackheads.
Glycolic acid adds moisture in the skin cells and locks it there for a long time hence you get a brighter face.
Whereas salicylic acid cleans the pores by melting the sebum and give unclogs pores. This way you get clean fresh air to breathe. When the dirt and dust particles mix with oil secreted by our skin and settle in the pores. This develops the blackheads so cleaning the skin pores is extremely important.
There are others face washes too that claim to remove blackhead but you need to check the effective ingredient in them. Glycolic and salicylic acid are proven ingredients to clean the skin completely.
Remember they just clean the oil, dirt, and dust. They do not kill any bacteria and you need to use antibacterial face wash for killing bacteria. Look for anti-bacterial ingredients like neem in your face wash.
Pore Strips: This is one of the fast action formulas to get rid of blackheads. In this method you use medicated strips, stick them to on your nose and remove them. when you pull the strip back it brings the blackheads, hairs and other dust particles with it.
You see instant results with pore strips. While buying them from the store check the expiry date for safety.
A word of caution:
No doubt it is good methods to rid of all impurities and to get clean pores. But this method is not for everyone because sensitive skin people should not use this. Normal and oily skin types can strip but not more than twice a month.
When sensitive and dry skin people use strips, this makes their skin worse. Redness and irritation are the first sign of not suiting the product.
So, they can use the face wash with our 3rd recommended step
Microdermabrasion: If you can spend some money then this is the perfect way to get a clean, glowing face. The procedure is safe for all skin colors and types. When the fine crystals remove the upper layer of skin you get new glowing skin.
Microdermabrasion removes the dead and dull skin layer and promotes the cell regeneration. The new skin cells have improved collagen production which improves the skin elasticity.
Microdermabrasion is a must for everyone at least twice a year. For more information on it visit your skin specialist.
How to do microdermabrasion?
If you have sensitive skin or pigmentation all over the face then you need to go to a skin doctor to have a session of microdermabrasion. Otherwise, you can buy a Neutrogena microdermabrasion machine and sue it at home.
I do not think you need advice on how to use it at home? just follow the instruction written on the manual book or consult a skin specialist (this is the best way).
Use Clay and Charcoal Masks: Use of clay masks is very beneficial to clean pores. It loosens the pores and removes the build-up in them. this also clears the blackheads. Some clay masks contain sulfur to properly clean pores. Use this type of clay mask once in the month due to sulfur.
The charcoal mask is also beneficial in clearing the skin from within and remove dead and dull skin cells. Only using charcoal mask is not enough you should use it with charcoal face wash.
Choose a charcoal peel-off mask for the best results.
