(Step1) Never Forget Sunscreen: Whenever you need to go out in the sun always wear sunscreen. Because sunscreen protects your skin from harmful UV rays. Overexposure to these UV rays causes a person to age prematurely.
Because UV rays go into the upper skin layer and damage the skin cells. This triggers the more melanin production which results in pigmentation or darkness of skin and gives uneven skin tone.
Those whose skin is unable to produce extra melanin to protect it from the sun, get fine lines, blemishes on the face.
So, wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30 and limit your sun exposure.
If possible, stay in shade from 10 am to 4 pm when the sun rays are at a peak.
Use broadspectrum sunscreen because UV rays are of many types like UV-A and UV-B. This broad-spectrum cream or lotion protects your skin from all types of harmful sun rays and also other environmental pollutants.
Most of the sunscreens work up to 4 hours after that reapplication is required. Wash your face if possible before reapplying it on the face or any other part of the body like hands, back.
Also, protect your eye by wearing sunglasses they are specially made for eye protection.
(Step2) Refresh Your Skin: Every day our skin goes under many types of stress like environmental, emotional and physical stress. Where dirt, dust, and pollution put a negative effect on our skin and the skin protection system works very hard to protect skin cells from them.
At the end of the day, our skin gets tired like us and it needs rest to refresh and to get prepared itself for the next day.
Get enough sleep every night 7 to 8 hours daily. The night is for sleep not for work and watching movies on the internet. According to scientists, 10 pm is the perfect time for sleep, when you need to wake up at 5 or 6 am.
Good quality sleep prevents the production of stress hormones in the body and reduces the production of free radicals.
While you sleep your body releases a hormone called human body growth hormone. This hormone repairs the skin cells of our body and promotes new cells on the place of dead skin cells. So, take a good sleep and you will see the difference in your skin in less than a week.
(Step3) Say no to Tobacco Products: Those who use tobacco always develop dull and wrinkled skin. It has more than 4000 chemicals in it and you are enjoying them by inhaling them inside your body.
Stay away from this deadly product because its use shrinks your blood vessels. This limits the blood flow to almost every part of the body including vital organs.
Once the blood flow gets reduced skin cells do not get enough nourishment and they became weak and come in contact with many skin diseases.

(Step4) Use Anti-aging Routine: Now this is the preventive measure and is very important with the above 3 steps. I don’t recommend you start using anti-aging cream to prevent wrinkles. But you need to take care of your skin by using a good moisturizer. Hydration is most important to achieve clear, glowing face.
Any lightweight moisturizer according to your skin type is best.
Hyaluronic should be the main ingredient in it. water based gel moisturizers are top quality noncomedogenic moisturizers. Choose for them, do not go for heavy cream-based hydration products.
Moisturize your skin twice a day once in the morning and then before going to bed.
Bonus Tip: Add plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables in your diet to delay the aging process. Fruits rich in Vitamin A, C, E are good for the skin.
